new alliance

Well i am the leader of the new <JèÐí> clan thats been showing up a few days. an i am wondering if GCM would like to have some kinda of alliance kinda deal with us. something like S/GA do. i was told by magic to post this cause i almost everyone in this group plays at GCM 90 percent of the time. so if warbucks or someone could get back to me on this i would really appreciate it. even if only to discus this would be great thanks

Not really my place to post, but I will anyways...

When sg/a. formed the people who were invited to join played there on a regular basis.... didn't cause problems... and quite a few donated to keep the servers going. Some of the schoolgirls were already GCM members and some joined because of it.


Out of curiosity who is in your group thus far?

I think it's important first to show some level of longevity. Without having shown that, it's hard to take any clan/group/community seriously. Groups come and go, and unless there's some level of history, it's hard to believe that they'll exist in a few months.

sg/a. is not a clan... it is a team...some of the members play twl... for GCM. So, sg/a. is actually part of GCM, not an allied clan, that is why @GCM is placed on the end of many schoolgirls' names and why many schoolgirls donate to GCM.

I appreciate that you would like your clan to be an ally to GCM, but as others have stated above, your clan would need to be around a little longer than a week. If you are serious about starting this clan, have you thought about creating a forum for the members or starting a steam group? That would be a great way for you to list members, have new members apply, post events, ect...maybe even start up a server eventually. Without something like that, it will be hard for your clan to be taken seriously. Just a thought...

According to HLS, these are the people who have worn your tag in the elim server... are all of these people in your clan? If so, why are there [GI] members wearing your clan's tag... a true clan would not allow double tagging...and I am guessing [GI] would not like it either...

I consider sg/a a group of people who get along together well, a community of sorts. We have several clans actually represented, actually, and some people who are of no clan. It is true that most members are GCM, and that many of us are GCM admins, but we support GCM as well. It's a symbiotic relationship, not just an "alliance" by name without any significant contributions. Other clans represented in sg/a include xS, NSG, SMUT and we even have two TnB members.

Foamy, maybe you should consider starting up a group/community like sg/a. instead of a "clan." That way you could have anyone you wanted be a part of it, regardless of whether or not they are in a clan. You could still create a steam group to keep the community connected, but won't have to worry about starting up a forum, trying to set up a server, and everything else that goes into being a leader of a clan... just a suggestion...

You don't need a server to be a clan, or to represent a clan that you feel you're a part of (even if it's on a loyalty basis). Orly, Synapse and Blaze are all xS members even though the clan isn't active at the current moment.
